Charles CATV System Inc. is a cable and internet provider founded in Masbate in Feb 1993, set out itself to be the leading Cable TV and internet provider in Masbate.

This also means that we want to provide complete, high-quality Internet solutions to all of our customers by incorporating sensible and cost-effective technologies.

Founded in Masbate on February 1993 by Mr. Raul P. Bala, Charles CATV Systems Inc., set out to be the leading cable TV and Internet provider in Masbate. Through the years CCSI has grown that it has able to serve and provide good quality cable services not only in the City of Masbate but also in other Municipalities in the province of Masbate.
Brief summary, 2008 CCSI has started upgrading its coaxial lines to improve its Cable TV signal.
2010 CCSI started providing internet services to its locals assuring good service and reliable internet that can cater the locals needs.
In 2018 CCSI invested in FTTH that can deliver high speed and reliable internet to its customers with unlimited browsing.
